INSURANCE

F&V offers medical, dental, and vision coverage on day one. We also offer short- and long-term insurance for our employees, as well as life insurance policies for you, your spouse, and your children.

RETIREMENT

F&V has a 401k Traditional Plan and a 401k Roth Plan. We also provide matching contributions on your behalf into our Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), which is effective the month after you start.

PAID TIME OFF (PTO)

We offer PTO time that starts accruing from day one of employment. You may use this time as you see fit. 

OWNERSHIP

F&V is an employee-owned company. In addition to the company ESOP, team members may apply for direct stock ownership starting after a year of employment. 

CAREER DEVELOPMENT

F&V provides educational assistance to eligible employees who have completed six continuous months of service. F&V recognizes that the skills and knowledge of its employees are critical to the success of the organization.
